These terms govern your access to and use of FAIMOUS (the "Service"). By accessing the Service, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. The Service

FAIMOUS provides public analytics and scores indicating how AI engines (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Mistral) perceive and rank brands across product categories. Scores are automatically generated from language-model responses and are provided for informational purposes only.

2. No warranty

The Service is provided "as is" without any warranty of accuracy, completeness, or availability. Scores reflect AI-model behavior at a given point in time and may vary. FAIMOUS does not warrant the accuracy of information returned by LLMs, nor that any brand will achieve a particular score or rank.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to: (a) use the Service for unlawful purposes; (b) scrape or bulk-extract data; (c) attempt to bypass rate limits; (d) use the Service to harm a third party or defame a brand. We reserve the right to suspend any account in breach.

4. Accounts

Creating an account requires a valid email address. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for any activity performed through your account.

5. Intellectual property

Brands mentioned are owned by their respective owners. The scores, aggregations, interfaces and editorial content of the Service are the property of FAIMOUS. You may cite scores provided FAIMOUS is credited as the source.

6. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, FAIMOUS is not liable for any indirect damages, lost revenue, lost data, or reputational harm resulting from use of the Service.

7. Changes

We may modify these terms at any time. The version in force is the one published on this page. Continued use of the Service after modification constitutes acceptance.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by French law. Any dispute shall be brought before the competent French courts.
